Intellectual property rights in deliverables produced for clients are governed by the individual client engagement contract.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the Website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

For consumers resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, this section does not affect mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law.
